Dr Chris Soo is passionate about good health and self care, and is enthusiastic about helping you achieve your health and life goals.
He strongly believes in educating and empowering people to take control of their own health, and is skilled at making complex medical concepts easy to understand.
He is a good listener, will always take you seriously, and is always up for a discussion about any health questions you might have, or for a chat if you're feeling blue.
He has lived and trained in Australia and New Zealand his whole life and now happily calls the Gold Coast his home, along with his wife, two sons, and beloved dog.

Chris is an expert diagnostician and loves solving medical mysteries. He is diligent and thorough, is holistic in his approach, and will take the time to help you work out what is going on, no matter how complicated the matter might be.

Dr Chris Soo is a specialist GP providing expert and compassionate care for neurodivergent individuals on the Gold Coast and SE Queensland, with a particular focus on ADHD, autism, mental health, complex medical conditions and comorbidities.
Chris is a professional speaker, medical educator, and advocate. He has been an invited speaker at the 64th RACGP Clinical Update Conference 2025, featured at the HealthEd Women’s and Children’s annual update seminars across Australia from 2024 to 2025, and has presented at the AADPA Conference in 2022.
Chris is a passionate advocate & educator, dedicated towards improving access to high quality ADHD and AuDHD care within Australia. He is a board director and full member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association, on the AADPA Education and Training Committee, and the chair of the RACGP ADHD, ASD & Neurodiversity Education Development Committee. He is chair of the National Council of ADHD GPs, co-founded the QLD ADHD GP Alliance and ADHD & Neurodevelopmental GPs Australia/NZ professional support forum and actively supports doctors working in ADHD in multiple forums online.
